Office Politic = Child's play

Not sure if it still applicable today. I remembered when I was a kid, very young then, maybe 4-5yrs old. Those days, when kids will just meet up with the rest in the neighbourhood at the playground and play. Kids, being kids, very often will gets into fight or argument. Interestingly, it will often result.. "绝交", or in layman term "我不跟你好了。" Then this will eventually spread among the kids, where the initiator will usually comes up with these... i.e,

1. 我们都不要跟他好 or
2. 我们假假跟他好

But of cos, after a couple of days, the kids continue to meet up and play together once more.

Now back in today's context, we are all matured adult now. Working for a living and we are still playing these sort of games too. I am referring to office politics. There are often we seen people spreading poison stuff about others, and usually it the initiator will have 2 way to treat the affected party...

1. Either the affected had been isolated or
2. The affected party didn't know and continue to chat & tcss, while the poison is still ongoing.

While the above 2 scenarios are almost the same what we been through when we are kids, so it just feels like child's play...

But the effect or end result of the two is vast differences.... now, that is scary liow.
